PERCUSSION FROM ANOTHER WORLD
With Ritual, we wanted to invoke the sound of an imaginary, ancient civilization.
Of forgotten temples, decayed ruins and mystical glyphs.
For this, we recorded a wide collection of instruments and played and
processed them in unconventional ways to produce new and exciting sounds.
The Resonant Instrument section is a collection of
random objects we sampled, all of which had an unusual
character that we thought fits the tone of the library.
Additionally, we included Multis that make use of the 29 Instruments by combining them in unique and interesting ways.
All Instruments have been mixed and tweaked carefully to achieve a cinematic but natural sound that blends into a mix perfectly.

All Instruments are sampled in meticulous detail and
have up to 15 Round Robins and up to 8 dynamic layers.
Ritual includes advanced features, such as:
- The ADSR can be set for each microphone individually
- Each Round Robin can be turned on and off
- You have total control over which key triggers which sound
- Alternative sample mapping, where low keys are low dynamic and high keys are high dynamic
- Delay compensating pitching
- Random delay for livelyness
- Adjustable onset (negative track delay)
